Returns, Replacements, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
We have two policies for our products.
1) Custom products (custom color activewear) are made to order specifically for your custom design. Therefore, custom items cannot be returned. However, they can be exchanged or remade if there are quality issues. In some cases, we can offer a store credit. Please contact customer support if you have issues with your custom product.
2) All other items (non-custom items; stock designs/colors) can be returned within 30-days of delivery. Returns must be made through our Return Portal. All items must be new and unused and with their original tags and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund outbound or inbound shipping.
Items cannot be returned simply due to change of mind.
We want you to be happy with our products. Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns and we will work with you towards a resolution.
VividBod is a custom apparel and activewear company. All of our products are made to order. We do not hold inventory or stock. Products are custom printed, hand cut and sewn to order. This helps us achieve our eco-friendly manufacturing standards.
If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact us via support@vividbod.com within 2 hours from the time you submitted your order form. This is the time frame after which we send your order for production. But if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will still be able to make your requested changes.
