Returns, Replacements, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
VividBod is a custom apparel and activewear company. All of our products are made to order. We do not hold inventory or stock. Products are custom printed, hand cut and sewn to order. Because they are custom made items, they cannot be returned. Size exchanges can be made on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery. It is very important to read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also important to provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact us via support@vividbod.com within 2 hours from the time you submitted your order form. This is the time frame after which we send your order for production. But if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will still be able to make your requested changes.
Items are replaceable/exchangeable, but they are NOT returnable. Returns are not accepted for any reason because items are custom made-to-order.
Items are replaceable/exchangeable based on the following conditions:
- the product was misprinted or the color is incorrect
- the product was damaged or defective (excluding damages during delivery)
- the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed color is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong selected size, color, or type, etc.).
VividBod has the sole discretion to grant a refund or replacement. In order to request a refund or replacement, the customer must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to VividBod via email at support@vividbod.com within 14 days of delivery.
If we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
VividBod will not grant a refund or replacement product solely because: a) it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information) b) the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late.
VividBod will send a replacement order when the conditions stated in this policy are met, and at its sole discretion. If the same product (replacement) is not desired, a refund will be issued via store credit. In the event that the customer refuses the store credit refund, a $5 cancellation and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount via funding source.
You can use your store credits to purchase any other item/s from our store. You will be given store credits in exchange for any item that is damaged or has missing parts upon delivery.
